1. All lessons will be booked pre-paid.

2. You must hold a current valid driving license/provisional license to show the instructor on the first lesson.

3. All credited driving lessons or courses must be used within 6 months.

4. Your instructor reserves the right to refuse a lesson if the instructor thinks you are not fit to drive/ under stress/a risk on the road.

 

5. Cancelation policy:

Sohel's instructors are self-employed which means they are only paid for the work they carry out. Once you have scheduled a lesson with them, you are allocated a time slot which if you then cancel at short notice the instructor will not be able to fill the slot, therefore this will result in a loss of earnings for the instructor. We understand that things can go wrong and that you might need cancel a lesson, you must notify the  instructor of the  cancellation within 48hrs of the scheduled  lesson. Every effort will be made by the instructor to reschedule the lesson. Should sufficient notice  of cancellation not be given the instructor reserves the right to charge the full lesson fee, and you will not be refunded.

 

Occasionally sickness, vehicle breakdown, road accidents, traffic conditions or another issue outside of their control may mean that the instructor is unbale to deliver the scheduled lesson, in this situation every effort will be made by the instructor to contact you as soon as possible , so that you are aware of the situation, the instructor will then do their best to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time, and at no extra cost to yourself.
